Birthers

According to that document the supervisor of obstetrics signed it a month before he was born Kenya like most counties format date day/month/year

Certainly plausible.... born in Kenya. American mother wants full-citizenship for her child. Fly home to Hawaii and get a birth certificate for a one-month-old. Today... not easy. In the early 1960's in Hawaii? Piece of cake. There were still enough people living in the hills, on communes, in plantations, etc. that no doctor or hospital would question a hippy-dippy mother with her child showing up at a hospital and asking for a birth certificate. Month old or so... mom could have given any plausible date, claimed a home (or midwife) birth and noone could tell exactly when little Barry was born. And presto... a birth certificate and a news announcement for the proud parents.

Noone was 'grooming' him for President at that point. That came later. But the dates work and a familys' motivations for getting 'junior' back to the USA where he could be assured of full U.S. Citizenship and birth were likely strong...

But is this plausible? Sure. I'm not ready to take a great leap into the birther pond. But I certainly find this interesting! And worthy of further investigation.

So for those who are Constitutonal scholars, Constitutionally, what happens if the man who spent 8 years as POTUS is found to have been disqualified in retrospect? Does everything he did and signed and appointed get 'blanked out' and removed from law? Does he lose salary, pension, title, USSS protection, etc? Does he get charged with some kind of fraud? Some pretty interesting Constitutional ramifications here. I'd be interested in the laws here. Certainly, there are no precedents.

Last, one of the theories has been that he faked foreign citizenship/birth to get his scholarships and places at tier-one Ivy League schools. And that his 'fraud' as a student would disqualify him from office. So when do we get his college records and other 'sealed' records? Shouldn't that be released? After all, Trump's tax returns are being desperately sought... and leaked.

So why the birth certificate from Kenya released now? Must be that BHO's mud-hut-dwelling half-brother is pissed that he'es not getting any of the hundreds-of-millions of BHO book contracts and graft... Or maybe now that Barry can't order a drone strike on his brother or have him 'Hillary'd' in the back of the head with a .22 short... makes him feel safe in releasing the paper.

Interesting times... interesting times!

Cheers,

Sirhr

While this may have some credence the system will not let the truth out in any meaningful way.
They must maintain the appearance truth and justice in the system.
The emperor must keep his clothes.

Yeah I care . I read somewhere and I don't recall if it was this article or one of the responses to this . I read this a day or two ago and am now commenting . Any way as I understand it his father was not a U.S. citizen only his mother . And yeah you can serve in the military to earn your citizenship and not be a citizen . So born in Kenya to an American mother and a Kenyan father does not make you a citizen no matter how much the Communist leadership aka Pelosi , Warren , Einstein , or any of the other shit bags want . In one of the articles or responses said his father was a citizen . Annnnnt Not . But that doesn't matter because Trump is a ; Nazi , a Facist , Russian collaborator , womanizer and a big meany .

I may be slightly confused, but is it possibly all pointless?

If his mother was a US citizen, then even if he was actually born somewhere else, he would still be a citizen.

It's fairly straightforward law and well accepted, as long as 1 of your parents is a US citizen, that has spent significant time in the USA, you are a Citizen from birth, (assuming you take the time to file the paperwork), you get a consular certificate of birth abroad and you are good to go, just as if you were born on US soil. This is also how citizenship works for the better part of first world countries.
(You can argue about that not being the way it should be but that's the law just as being born on US soil even if your parents are illegal currently makes you a citizen by birth according to current law.)

Apparently once upon a time it seems the presidential eligibility laws were interpreted to mean you had to be born IN the USA to be president... but it seems somewhere recently (possibly to protect Obama), it has been reinterpreted to being born a citizen, hence which for example Ted Cruz who was born in Canada to a USA citizen mother was eligible to run for president. (McCain's claim as I recall was that the panama zone was us territory etc.)

Now while somebody could argue the exact sequence of times that Obama's mother spent in the USA, it's highly unlikely that you'd get a court to toss his citizenship over it.

So even if it is proven that Obama was born in Kenya, unless you could also prove that his mother was not his mother, it's seeming like a bit of a pointless cause

So apart from having the fun of proving Obama's "history" is a lie, what would it actually change?
I wouldn't be surprised if his "missing" college paperwork shows him registered as an Indonesian born Muslim getting a disadvantaged refugee scholarship or such..
