That isn't even a question. While my A3 G was a great rifle it isn't fair to compare an A3 G to a Tac Ops. The A3 G is a factory rifle with a bit of massaging from the factory, including MarineTex bedding.
The X-Ray 51 is a full-blown, balls-to-the-wall custom gun blueprinted and machined to the tightest, most extreme machining specs around, as well as being built with the most intense attention-to-detail you will ever see on a rifle short of a Holland & Holland. Receiving a Tac Ops rifle carries a typical 12 month plus lead time while you can order and receive an A3 G in a matter of a week.
