I have about 1,000grs of Black Hills powder from pulled 52gr. Moly Black Hills Match Remanufactured ammo.

Dont ask why they were pulled. Long story.

anyhow, I weighed the powder after I had pulled them and it seemed they all weighed between 25.9gr.- 26.1gr. of powder.

Now I get good/o.k. accuracy with that ammo (non-moly) and was wondering if it would be safe if I reused that powder with some 52gr. Sierra Matchkings, Rem. 7.5 Primers and the same brass it was pulled from (LC) and maybe up the charge .5grs just to see if accuracy gets any better. What do you think the max charge would be with that powder? Any idea?

What do you think that powder (black hills) compares to the best that is commercially available? TAC? BL-C(2)? Win748?

Yes, you can use the powder, but work up in small increments, and start lower than the 26 grains. Since you don't know what powder it is and you're going from moly to non-moly, you have to be more careful when loading it.
