Use Winchester primers. I found using federal match primers vrs Winchester primer over my magneto speed there was I think a 50fps difference.

It used to be a mil-spec blend similar to RL-15. It was balistically the same as RL-15 and had a flash suppresant added to it. This was around 2005.
