Black Hills Brass .300WM Questions

What kind of brass does Black Hills use for their .300WM brass? Winchester?

How many loadings are you getting with this brass?

I have read in a magazine that some guys are using Never-Dull to polish the outside of their necks. I tried it and it shines and cleans the hell out of the brass but very time consuming. Are any of you guys using Never-Dull to polish/clean the outside of your cases?

Dunno about the other stuff, but I use #0000 steel wool purchased @ the hardware store. Tear off a piece approx. the size of a golf ball, wad it up and twist it around the neck/shoulder area a couple times - should be nice-n-shiny.
