Has anyone here used them? I cant find one to handle myself and the only pics i find are all from the side. I know they have the recoil reduction stuff but was wondering how well they held up and if they were any good? BTW tried the search and didnt get much help. I have seen 2 kinds one with and adj. length of pull very similar to an AR,and and a fixed thumbhole.

Re: Blackhawk stocks?

Your talking about the axiom stocks right? I had one on my rem 700. Took it off though and replaced it with a B&C. The stock itself is nice. Good fitment and the recoil reduction system does reduce the recoil. The only reason that i took it off was because it just didnt feel right to me.

Re: Blackhawk stocks?

Yeah thats the ones. did you notice any accuracy changes? I am considering getting a b&c medalist varminter, and saw these but didnt know anything about them. If anyone else has info i am all ears.

Re: Blackhawk stocks?

Its a good stock if your going to use it for strictly varmint or hunting. If you are looking for long range and precision shooting thats not the stock to have. A B&C medalist is definitely a lot better choice.

Ok. Thanks for the help. I was hoping for a bit more response but that helps, I had planned on the b&c anyway, I just didnt know anything about the blackhawk and didnt want to overlook it.
