Had a good experience with Blade-Tech I wanted to share.

I recently purchased a used HK USP that came with a Blade-Tech duty holster. While not abused in any fashion, the holster had the typical scuffs and scratches associated with regular use. Only problem I had with the holster was that it did not allow for carrying the pistol hammer back as I prefer. You could only latch back the hood with the hammer down from a de-cock.

On a whim, I contacted Blade-Tech in the off chance they'd be willing to modify the holster. I spoke with Tara who said absolutely, no problem, here's your RA number. I sent the holster to Puyallup one week and the following I had my holster back...cleaned up and modified. No charge.

Hats off to Tara and the crew at Blade-Tech. Not only is your product top notch but your customer service has cemented my future business.

I hear ya. Blade-tech has great CS and well made prdoucts. I made the switch on both my glock holsters and never looked back

I haven't had any experience with their CS yet, but it's nice to know it will be there if I do need it.

Bladetech are in a league of their own. The produce great grear and follow through with great customer service.
I have ordered a number of customized rigs and they have delivered every time

I have one of their IWB holsters, very nice, durable, and comfortable.

Same here. I couldn't find anyone else who had a good IWB that would work with a baby eagle. They were great to deal with as well.
