i want to thank james at bluegrass tactical, i bought a gun from him on here, and he let me give him a deposit, and finish paying for it a month later. i just received the gun today, and usps had done a number on it, they managed to f**k up the skins of the aics 2.0 through a gun vault case, and a cardboard box. i sent james a message through pm, and then called him directly, he listened to the problem, and immediately offered to buy me a new set of skins to replace the damaged ones, he said just go on milehigh, and send him a link to the ones i wanted, done deal. just want to say thats what customer service is all about, so don`t hesitate to purchase anything form bluegrass tactical supply.
