Easy to apply
I use an old 1 pound powder bottle from Hodgon powder actally three of them fit in my Lyman vibrator. I put 100 bullets in each with 1/4 of steel shot or copper bb's with 5 to 10 grains of HBN start the vibrator for 2 hours and there coated by the impact of the BB's and the bullets.
Very easy to do .

I use plastic peanut butter jars, 100 155 Scenars then fill to about 80% with BB's, 1.5 to 2 hrs in the vib tumbler, then I pour everything into a steaming pan I bought from walmart for 20 bucks to separate the bullets and BB's, the bullets now look like powder donuts, I then polish the bullets by tumbling them again with shredded news paper for around 30 minutes, this leaves the bullets looking hazing like, but very slippery.

its very easy to do and there is a definete benefit in decreased pressure, you will have to add a little powder to compensate for this
