Body Armor BALCS cut question

Who makes high quality BALCS cut armor? I did a quick internet search and I'm seeing a huge disparity in prices, from the "rhino armor" ebay special around $300 to $670 at SKD. I also have seen a variety of brands... thoughts? comments?

NIJ IIIa heat sealed. Let me know if you need help with sizing.

These are 100% woven materail (Tarwon), no laminated materials used.

Thanks, but it'll probably be at least 6 months or so before I make a purchase. I'm just doing my homework right now--- I'll keep you in mind.
