I have a Remington 700 sps tactical 308 with aac breakout.
What benifit do i have by truing the action and maybe fluting it as well?

Use the search engine, there are a lot of threads on this topic and in the end of the day everyone will tell you to shoot out the barrel and once you do then True it and have a quality barrel put on it.

Oh ya and spend money on lots of ammo to practice

None unless you're replacing the barrel.
