I would like to get a bold knob, that said, I don't want to have to cut the existing one. I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of one that slips on maybe rubber or something?

If you want something that may not be permanent, get a can of the liquid rubber dip that they sell for dipping tool handles in. It may take 20 or 30 dips. But it can be built up to different sizes and shapes. If you don't like it, slit it with a razor blade and peel it off. I have used it for several other things. But this particular handle was something I didn't think about. I'll leave that to someone else.
