Bolt roughness on the 700 varmint

I have a question in regards to the roughness when working a bolt on SPS 700's. Will the bolt wear/break in or will it always be rough/gritty. I also worked the bolt on another 700 but it appeared to be jeweled and it felt nice and smooth, nothing compared to the parkerized 700.

Also does anyone know what scope comes on the Dick's 700 varmint speacial. I know it's not good just lookin at selling it when I recieve it, I already have a Vortex to put on.

take the spring assembly out of the clip. thats where mine was rubbing. otherwise it does get smoother after 1,000 rounds. have a gunsmith lap the lugs for you. big difference.
