Will the Accuracy International Chassis System Short Action 10 round magazine fit in to the Surgeon Bottom Metal? I looked on both websites and it doesn't say.

yes, if it fits a 5 rounder, it'll fit a 10 rounder. They even have a picture of a 10 rounder in it on their web page.
