Read in Variety this week that Jerry Ferrara (Turtle from Entourage) is going to play Arturo Gatti in a movie about the late boxer's life. I'm skeptical, to put it mildly. Now, I'm usually ecumenical about casting and all, but this seems like an odd, potentially troubling, choice in what might otherwise be a worthwhile movie. Interested in what the rest of you think. By the by, Wahlberg is producing, so the incestuous casting is hardly surprising. Check out the article if you like.
