Re: Boyd's Evolution for savage 93R17?
My 93R17 has an Evolution on it, and I am not overly impressed. My knuckles rub on the rear of the trigger guard, and I just can't seem to find a set of rings that give me a proper cheek weld.
On the other hand, I have an Evolution on my 10/22, and love it. No complaints at all. Go figure.
Good luck on finding one. They must still be made, because Savage still sells them on rifles. I would contact Boyds.
