I recently traded for a rifle. it's a DPMS SASS .308. It came with a lot of upgrades and really good aftermarket parts.
I want to tell about it here but since i didn't do the upgrades I am not sure I should. I don't want to sound like I am taking credit for doing anything other than making an excellent trade.

So- should I?

I want another one, I'll keep an eye out for your pics. </div></div>

I put a couple of pics in the semi-auto forum. They were from the guy I got it from. The specs on the build are listed there also.

And I remember when you were thinking of giving up long range shooting...

Sounds like you're pretty happy with your trade and there aint a thing wrong with that.

Unless you got it from a widow who thought it was broken and only worth the old spare tire and confederate currency you were offering to trade for it.

I traded a Savage bolt rifle and a 1911 and a little cash for it. The guy who had it wanted to suppress it and it just wasn't accurate enough with a can for him.
He was happy with the trade and I am very happy with it.
The bolt rifle just never really spoke to me, but I think I will really like this one.
