I use the Holland QD. There is a guy here, RWS who makes a similar brake. It is VERY effective and doesn't blow a bunch of stuff around when you shoot prone.
It has 3 holes in the top which fight muzzle flip very effectively which is a real problem in big caliber lightweight rifles. Especially in offhand shooting.
