I just purchased this recently from another Hide member. The rifle has 20 rounds from Evolved Ballistics performing load data and Proof Research target and quality control testing. Paperwork confirms 0.18moa accuracy using Berger 210 VLD bullets. Package includes cleaning rod/jags, 1000 yard load data sheets in the 1000 Yard Ready Package, and SKB Proof Research hard case. This rifle is beautiful and weighs on 8lb 3oz. I felt that it would be too light for what I wanted to use it for, however, it would make an awesome hunting rig.
