Brass quality

Can you reload any makers brass? I mostly see three or four major brands, I understand there are different quality levels of casings but can you reload the cheap stuff a couple of times?
I have a ton of PMC I have been saving from my M&P 15.

PMC is some of the better imported brass.

You need to check and make sure it is Boxer primed, (has 1 flash hole) versus Berdan primed, (has 2 small flash holes). I have seen both.

Yes it can be loaded again. If it is Boxer primed.
