Brass sizing

Searched the net but couldn't find any information. I need to know if 6x47 brass can be resized back to 6.5x47 or if it will destroy the neck.

A 6x47 case got there by being necked down. Certainly it can be necked back up. Probably wise to anneal before you neck them back up though.
