I'm not sure if Paul is selling complete rifles. There are a few sources for his lower assemblies (not stripped lowers), and he sells uppers directly through his site.
There is an advantage in purchasing the lower, which is the serialized "firearm" according to the ATF, separately, as firearms are subject to an included 11" Federal excise tax.
Purchasing the upper separately will save the excise tax on that component.

Bravocompanyusa's website normally has a pdf page with the rifle pricing on it that u can down load and use to order complete rifles.
However, per their website, they appear to be bedhind schedule, and may have disabled the ability to place new orders...follow this link.
