All,

I found this to be shallow with little character development. The plot was unrealistic and lacked follow through.

I would watch this one with your eyes closed as the soundtrack will keep you engrossed. However, the solo performance of Turbo could be isolated from the movie and made into its own film.

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

I'd have to agree, it paled in comparison to the original. I did like rounding out of Turbo's character though.

The main character here obviously got some ego from the first film, and it played out through his persona I really lost a lot of personal connection that I had with his more amateur performance.

Also, wtf happened to special K?

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

Why did I click on this?

I think Turbo has been rounded out more than we need to know.

I agree with tucker. I think what he's trying to say is that Turbo's performance is much less spirited than for instance his broom/magic dance scene featured near the opening of Breakin' 1.

You really can't beat this for a hook to draw your viewers into the mystical world of the future of dance.

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

Exactly. Although Turbo has little dialogue, his character is dynamic.

Much of what he says is not communicated with words. Imagine the broom as a lost lover and poetry will unfold as you watch.

BWahahaha jolly good then.

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

CKA, you have opened my eyes! All I can hope for is Electric Boogaloo 3!

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

I liked the book better.

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

That was a funny clip Skipper Whoop Butt - funny I had never heard of it but I went without a TV for about a decade while I was trying to learn to be a Samurai. I tried a couple of the moves, but then hurt my back, so I just wrapped up in my SNUGWOW and enjoyed the dancin'...

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

Typical retard ruins my post. I have been taking Urban Art Interpretation classes at the YMCA and thought I could enlighten a few of you. Obviously not.

You should go play with Lazy 11up3down.

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

You say that, but then you watch all 6 Star Wars, all Three Godfathers, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Band of Brothers DVD set, and every episode of Hawaii Five-O with 6 cases of beer, a 20 piece bucket of spicy wings from Popeyes, and 12 "The Bomb" red hot spicy beef, bean and cheeese burritos without having to leave the comfort of your couch...

And you'll see the value in a SnugWow!

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

I would be more impressed if the SnugWow had the ability to absorb all of your bullshit!

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

Thrice on a Fortnight? Indeed.

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

The earlier mentioned choices, however, cannot compare to the provacative loss at the first battle.

All they show you is them bittin' my moves.

I can't believe that's Ice-T in the video. He should be embarrassed.

Re: Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo

As you may have observed, times have changed.

No longer does wearing a pink bandanna; staring a man down while dancing; and choreographed pop/lock with your brother give you street credentials.

If only we lived in such a simple time.

I say dance it out. Not shoot it out.

Who is with me?
