The attachment contains the conclusions. The author of the report , Robert McCoy, wrote a book " Modern Exterior Ballistics The Launch and Flight Dynamics of Symmetric Projectiles" which contains the necessary background knowledge.
I found it interesting that RWS 50 and Tenex have been around a long time.
