Why did you type everything twice? Who cares if he is what he say's he is? Tell your little brother to grow, and/or, borrow a set of huevos and send the guy packing. If he's not man enough to send a guy away who is causing marital problems he's gonna have a long row to hoe. I know I sound like a dick but dude really? Knowing his background will help what?

This is the information I received from my Brother. I told him to grow a set and kick this guys ass and also ban him from being on the property. He has two children and the last thing I would like to see him losing his kids and house.

Any advice would be great

What do you mean "any advice would be appreciated"? You have gotten the same advice from every one who has replied. Knowing this DB's background won't help anything. If he's coming around while your brother is at work, your sister in law is giving him a reason. Tell your brother to confront the problem, i.e. his wife or the DB, or get ready to find a new place to live. Not sure how it could be any more clear.

Your bro is acting like a douchebag. Unless the guy is repeatingly breaking into his house, his mrs is letting this guy in.

The guy is disrespecting your bro, and needs some mano a mano discussion of the situation.

His mrs is disrespecting your bro, and maybe breaking the sacred(to me) vows of marriage, even if it is just allowing this guy to visit against your bros wishes.

Of the two, it is the mrs' offenses that are more severe. If she cant respect what your bro sees as a marital prob, then he has to either cut her loose, or decide to eat shit and deal. Either way he should be aware that the problem is with their marriage, and not originating from this other guy.

I`ll give you some advice. An ex-neighbor let a FRIEND live with him and the wife and kids (2) for a few months. Dick never worked. The Dick was the neighbors friends (older guy)kid. After a few months the neighbor came home and the Dick told the neighbor that he did not live there anymore. The Dick was fucking the wife. Got her on Meth, started selling drugs out of the house.
