For sale is a Browning BAR in 30.06 manufactured in Belgium in 1968. Production started in 1967 so this was made in the second year of production! It is 100% made in Belgium, unlike later models that were being made in Portugal. The blueing is deep and rich and action is very smooth. It appears to have been shot very little over the years although finish wear on high spots suggest it was carried around. These rifles are in a whole other class from the current production BAR MK3's found at big box stores. Older BARs like these are going for ~$1,000 on GB, and most are made in the 70's or later, so I think my price is reasonable. $850 shipped.
The rifle comes with Weaver rings, scope, and two factory magazines.
