My dad has a Browning Sweet 16 automatic 5 he bought about 30 years ago. It was made in Japan and has never been shot. It has the ventilated rib and gold trigger. Does anybody have an idea of what this shotgun might be worth?

hard tellin ive seen them go for as little as $300 and as much as $2000 . if you could locate a collector wiyh out that one i'd say you could probably do pretty good .

Thanks for the reply. I found one a couple of days ago for about about 1300.00. My dad needs to just take it to a shop and get an appraisal.

While the Browning will have good value,had it been a Belgium NIB it could have drawn a semester in a decent school.
