Brux Barrel Quality

I’m sure this has been asked before. But, a Brux barrels any good? I haven’t heard many guys running them in prs.

I’ve got 2 Brux now, and have had a few more. All were shooters. And I’m pretty sure the 600 yard benchrest(IBS) record was set twice in one year by two diff guys shooting Brux 30 cal barrels chambered in 30BR. Also the 1000 yard IBS group size record was set at Hawks Ridge in NC in 2018 with a Brux. 5 shot 1.068 inch group.
Both of most accurate 308 barrels I’ve ever owned were Brux.
Think you’ll be fine with a barrel from those guys.

I've only had one Brux, many years ago, and it shot great. I'd have no problem using another.

Yes, they are good. I have one on an AR10 that shoots 1/2 MOA all the way out to 600 yds

I have a #4 brux barrel on my 6.5x55 hunting rifle. It is a consistent 1/2 moa rifle. These are the last 4 shots out of it before deer season started...2 at 540 yards and 2 at 1125 yards.
