    And so it continues. Courtrooms FULL of Defendants unrestrained. No waist restraints, no leg shackles, and everybody wonders how Judges, Attorneys, Interpreters, Administrators, and the public get attacked in Court. We don't roll like that. Our Judges put it on the record why people are appearing shackled and will continue to be shackled during their other appearances due to their activity while incarcerated and/or their criminal history. The Laws are changing for both adults and juveniles regarding restraints to make it just that much easier for assaults to take place. Fucking idiots.

    Ever realized how SJW's all work towards giving criminals and other scum of society more and more 'rights' until they are practically invincible? Many inner city police departments are now saying that they could not even conduct stop / frisks on KNOWN gangbangers and scofflaws without risking "profiling" accusations and other bullshit.

    "Social justice"... how stupidly hilarious of these creeps. More like 'rights for pedos'. They are trying to normalize that shit too.

    This is where all this Bullshit started, the fucking Supreme Court in all their infinite wisdom that shackling in custody defendants 'could' bias Judges. Really? Ok, whatever, then of course the Juvenile debacle we deal with. And oh ya, Juveniles may be held up to 25 yr old now. This shit is WHACK.

    Yeah, he should not have done that but criminals are what they are. Here is the thing suppose someday you or I are accused of a crime and we are getting a trial by a jury of our peers, who have to decide if we are allowed to continue to be free men or if we will become convicts. When the jury looks at us if we are all shackled up if makes it look like we need to be kept behind bars, so where then is our presumption of innocence.

    Now this poor woman should not have been hit, but at least the bailiff and some deputies were there to put a stop to the assault. In her roll of trying to get this guy back on the street (had she succeeded) the next victim likely would not have had officers so near to help.

    Sure this guy needs to be in chains, and he has proven it. Yet the next guy also deserves a chance to show where he belongs.

    We had one years ago similar to this one, but a little bit thinner and it was black. The Judge wanted to see it work before he approved it in his Courtroom. One of our guys volunteered. Thought he was gonna piss himself and me to, except I was laughing so hard and he wasn't.

    I do have to agree that if you are not a convict, the use of shackles should depend a bit more on the nature of your alleged crime. Of course, this doesnt look like a trial, this looks like a hearing. I aint got a problem with shackles for a hearing.....your jury is not at your hearing, so there is no danger of that influencing your jury.

    I’ve been in them before....caught two fucktards breaking into my house late one night. I stopped them, one took a 12 gauge barrel directly between the eyes...giving him a perfect 12 gauge cut, his “third eye”..lol. my mistake was not calling the police; but i figured the action was all over so there was no point (obviously i was oblivious to the way the civilian world worked at that point in my life-but being arrested for it taught me a whole bunch in a hurry-the hazards of living in a liberal shithole).

    Anywho..... getting arrested can happen to anyone. The more educated you are, the less likely, but it can still happen. Anyone who thinks it cant happen to you, you best think again. Gotta be prepared for anything at any time....including legal.
