Rifle Scopes Budget mount and rings

Looking for suggestions for a budget 20 moa mount and 1 inch rings with at least some sort of quality for a savage short action. Don't want to go over $100. I was looking at EGW but could use some good suggestions.

+1 on the EGW base. Can also get it in a 20MOA version which is what I have on my savage.

My rings aren't tactical, but I really like the Burris Signature Zee rings!

I believe I have right at $100 on the pair!

EGW 20moa base and Leupold PRW rings, its what I use.

EGW 0 moa base for me as well.
I am upgrading to the 20 moa EGW.
