Not sure what you are really asking. I built a .30-338 1,000 yard "any-any" match rifle about 20 years ago. Shot 200 gr matchkings slightly faster than a 300 WM (2,950 fps) and is very accurate. Simple get some dies, run .338 WM brass through the sizer die and then go out and shoot.
