Gunsmithing Building a Blackout

Picking up a donor 700LA today and contemplating what to build. Then the blackout came to me. Is that possible with a long action? Or would it be more practical to find a short action with a 223 boltface to begin with? The LA is a 30-06, if that matters.

If your talking about the 300 Blackout you'll need a short action with the 223 bolt face. I don't know of you could even get that bolt face in a Long Action to make it work?
