BUILDING A CUSTOM RIFLE NEED HELP

I am building a custom rifle in 408. I need to find a good barrel that I can use with the Stiller Tac action.

Also I'm going to use a McMillan A5 or something for it. How much am I looking at in the long run? I want to make a profit off of it.

** Edit** I'm thinking about using the 338 lapua action instead.
