I only have experience with the Troy Folding BUIS, which are 13-14mm high above the rail when folded.
But it seems that under that scope Troy, MI, GG&G, Magpul, just about anything should work.

I believe LCJ is correct, but if you are ever concerned about fitment using a Larue Mount just give them a call or shoot them an email with the set up you are looking at and they will confirm the compatibility.
Larue has great customer service, they will get you an answer and back up what they tell you.

I just mounted my BUIS at 1'Oclock on my handguard and sighted it in all seems good. That said my BUIS were for close in use since I run a 4-16 FFP scope on the MA-TEN. This method eliminates the mounting issues and it feels natural to use
