In my case, if I have to hike a bit to get to where I can shoot my .338 at distance, I have to have something that will do a better job in my pack than a plastic ammo box, with my longer than mag llength rounds rattling around in it.

Also, during a match, it's another way to carry your hand loaded rounds in your pack, other than the freezer version of a zip lock baggie.

If you don't have any occasion that this product will help out, then maybe you just like high quality gear instead of the ragged old Federal ammo box to cart your hand loads in.
