I found a bunch of Nosler Ballistic Tips in my father's house. They have some corrosion on a few of them. Are they safe to reload?

Thanks

Re: Bullet Question

Yes. Tumble them to brighten them up if you wish. If very old, remember that the early BT's were quite fragile and were best used as small game/varmint bullets. Later and present production bullets had the base of the jacket thickened so they were suitable for big game. You might section one, top to bottom, and see what the jacket looks like.

Re: Bullet Question

Load'em and blast away. As former naval person said, you can tumble if you want a shiny bullet. But you can load them as they are.
