In short, I can't say if it's safe or not, only you can make that call. However, if it were me, and it was just bumping a thou or so, I'd do it.

I've done it several times without incident but, you have to be your own guide. I bumped the brass back in the press at a slower than normal operating rate for the sake of caution. I had to run the ammo back through the seat die as well.

I have done it with a Redding Body die on .308 loads.
It is your responsibility, should you choose to do so.

+1 with redding body die, and imp wax lube,
I bumped a batch of 50rounds .002" with no problem.
Usual caution applies.

Don't get it stuck!!
I'd hate to think of how you would remove it...although I'd love to see someone on youtube firing a loaded round out of a redding body die....
use appropriate lube and you should be ok. I've done it before on greek hxp ammo from the cmp that wouldn't fit in my chamber due to headspace.

My biggest concern wouldn't be it going off, although if it did, that shellholder is providing resistance, so watch out, but in getting it stuck and not being able to get the round out due to the bullet being seated.
I've lubed cases well and used the Redding body die to bump shoulders back on three 7 RemMag rounds that wouldn't chamber and it went fine.
It's best to just size everything correctly, the first time round, lol.
