Bushmaster BR-308 ORC

Hi all,

Have an opportunity (if I get there in time) to purchase one of these. It would be my first .308 in this platform.

Does anyone have any experience to share about this particular rifle? Good, bad, indifferent, ugly?

They are made by DPMS. They are over gassed. Over gassing is easily fixed with an adjustable gas block and a free float tube. I have one and after free floating I was able to get it to shoot sub moa 5 round groups. I was the weak link then. I just dont spend enough time behind that type of AR. They are a great way to get started with a 308 based AR.
