    Hey buddy, what’s holding me up on this scope is the reticle. I’m afraid the horseshoe is gonna be too bulky. The rig I’m putting it on will double as a coyote gun. I wish I could see it in person before I purchased.
     
    The only reason the reticle would cover any real part of the animal is if you were using it on very low magnification when the animal was 200 yards plus. And I believe you would still have a good silhouette even in that case

    The horseshoe actually aids in quick target acquisition in my experience.
     
    Heck, I have even seen in a few posts before how some people used that reticle in PRS and were not bothered by it. As stated before, this reticle was created for hunting so it should not hinder you when trying to shoot down a critter. It also works good for fast target acquisition...
