Rifle Scopes Bushnell contact info...

I have a problematic HDMR, and no, it's not a chromatic aberration issue. Is anyone from Bushnell a member here, or does anyone have specific contact info for an effective person at Bushnell that can get my optic repaired? The customer service line seems to be a never ending black hole of despair.
