Rifle Scopes Bushnell Elite 4200 Tactical Rifle Scope 6-24x50

Saw this scope on Midway and found it interesting. I didn't know that Bushnell made a 1/10 mil adjustment & first focal plane scope. Anyone tried one of these out?

I have one of the FFP mil/mil scopes and several of the regular SFP mil/moa scopes. I'm happy with them all and will probably be switching all of them to the FFP mil/mil version when funds allow. The glass is good and the mechanicals (turret feel) is great, IMHO. I could do without the illumination but I just left the battery uninstalled.

Brother-in-law has a Sightron S3 (SIII) and while the glass is a bit sharper the "target turrets" that are under a cap really aren't as useful, IMHO. SFP and mil/moa, too.

I have two Bushnells' here I am working with, FFP - Mil / Mil so we'll see how they hold up, and report back.

I just put this scope on my new Sako Quad.

I don't have a lot of experience with really high-end optics (so I can't say how good it is compared to S&B, USO, Nightforce, etc), but so far the glass seems plenty clear and the adjustments have tracked well (no box test yet). Above 20X the scope is extremely sensitive to eye position. I'd rather have red illumination.

I hope to be demo'ing this scope along with several others as well as spotters in the Bushnell/Millett lineup at our store in Hayward CA on Sept 2nd and 3rd. if anyone wants to pop in for a peek lemme know. (PM)
I was really skeptical of these lines until I looked through a pair of Bushnell HD binos recently at an LE tradeshow and it blew my mind. I hope they hold up to field abuse....I guess time will tell.
