Rifle Scopes Bushnell warranty ?

I have a 4200 scope I bought used that has issues , do these scopes have a warranty ? or is it for 1st owner only ? I mailed it to bushnell as its of no use the way it is , it was received on 11/2 -still no response from Bushnell - thanks for any reply's

Should be lifetime warranty for all if its part of the elite line is my understanding, you submitted the request and are waiting on the lab ticket?

@Bushnell customer service was excellent when I used them several months back.
They'll make it right.
