I sent my scope in for repair, over 4 weeks ago, nothing, no replys to email, put on Hold, What gives with their service dept ? anyone here Know ?

There is this thing going around that has slowed a lot of businesses down. Its called COVID19, maybe you have heard of it?

Bushnell has a "check repair status" portal on their sight.

I have sent a few products through their warranty department. While it was not as fast as I would have liked, they didn't try to pass the buck. I received full replacements IAW their No Questions Asked warranty. I've been very satisfied with their warranty programs.
