Buttstock Height Adjustment Screw

I picked up a Choate Super Sniper stock quite some time ago and noticed that it had a screw in the buttstock that you could screw out to raise the buttstock. Although I don't care much for the stock, I kind of like the idea of having an adjustable post/screw/leg or whatever you want to call it.

Is anyone out there using something similar ...... or have you created something to use in this manner???? Post up pics if you got em.

It's called a mono pod. Go to Accu Shot and pick one that you like.

I've seen the Mono-pods, but I'm talking about something that screws up into the stock like on the Choate Stock.
