If i were to buy an SBR fully assembled from lets say LMT, or Noveske what paperwork would i have to submit?

pay for it. have it transfered from them to your dealer. You fill out the form 4 then play the waiting game. Upon approval you then get to pick it up from your class 3 dealer!
