I just learned about C-More optics today. How do C-Mores stack up against Kahles and Swarovskis, especially regarding glass clarity and coatings? Are the C-Mores fully American made or are they mostly composed of foreign parts? How do their red dots stack up? Anyone use C-Mores for multigun or defensive purposes? Thanks!

They don't but they're not marketed as such. Even on their website, they stress that their products are competition-oriented.
Their LPVO is US-assembled from sourced parts. Same for the mini red dot as the chassis appears as numerous other brands.
I've got lots of miles on their slide-ride/serendipity red dot. It was serious innovation when it came out in the mid 90's. Still very popular today on gaming guns. Doesn't compare with modern stuff (like a Trijicon SRO) in terms of battery life or ease of adjustment.
