CA Bullet Button removal

I recently purchased an AR from another member in California that comes equipped with
A bullet button. Has anyone removed the button and, if so, how?

Piece of cake on an ar. Just like removing the mag release button. Takes about 10 seconds. Pm me if you need a standard mag release button. I'm in Cali and can't use them here.

If the nut has Locktite, you may need to heat it before unscrewing.
