Would be a shame if the people enforcing 'red flag' confiscations started having to worry if they will make it home afterwards.
Governor that signs shit like that needs to be the one ringing the door bell.
Better yet, they should be worried that somebody is going to pay their home and their family a little visit and check to see how well they have practiced getting their family out of their house for a fire drill.....
I always warned folks in the early days of this mess that "red flag" is going to be the Trojan Horse that the statists have built and now found the sweetheart time to release.

It will be so that ANYTHING will trigger it; think of it as the gun equivalent of what it takes to accuse someone of rape and what it takes to prove your innocence against it being false, as well as the lack of anything resembling consequences to the fake accuser afterwards.
They could red flag it for anything. Any guidelines will be vague and will be up for someone to make a determination and fall back onto bullshit reasons like 'public safety' or 'its for the children'. They'll have fabricated a valid reason (see: due to it being so vague that it can be anything) to give lip service to due process and in that, take your shit and then force you to fight for something you were in possession of 10 minutes ago or now make you prove you're 'ok' when you've always been just fine. How do you prove to people that you are not a threat?
There will be zero consequences for the jobbers who were 'just doing their job' that come and do this and then are found to have done it wrongfully/illegally.
Would be a shame if they had to worry about more than their pension and benefits when going on 'red flag' calls.

The red flag laws are blatantly unconstitutional and why they haven’t been challenged is truly a mystery to me. They are a brilliant construct developed to eliminate our rights by playing to the fears of an uninformed populace. However, our rights are GUARANTEED but nullified by both parties.

I, for one, am planning on leaving the field of Law Enforcement here in CA within the next 6 months if all goes well.
I have had it with this state and the laws they pass. They are blatantly unconstitutional, and I refuse to enforce them. I have not been directed to enforce any of these "red flag" laws as of yet.

You aren't the only one. I've heard this from more cops than I've heard saying they'll enforce (laws like these) so I bet the chief keeps his best ass kissers on hand for red flags. You know the type, they're in every organization and basically as loyal as a dog but not as intelligent.

I don’t think it’s going to be anything like that. Most people I run into of like minds are so far spread out that there is no way they could ever offer up a front to the abuse. It will be more of a single entity fighting the man kind of deal than it will be large numbers meeting other numbers of force. We all know how a single entity is going to wind up. So, until you figure out how to organize a group together, it won’t be so much of a hiccup in their plans.
As I’ve been saying, the only way there is a real chance is if like minded people ban together, like say all move to a state and live in a close knit group. Otherwise, everyone will be labeled a crazy or a terrorist and the world will move on. The only other way is if smaller groups all across the country ban together and act st the same time but that would require first action, not reaction.

All it would take would be 25-50 well armed people that know how to shoot, in one small town to put the country on notice. Think about it. Lets use 25 people as an example. 20 guys with carbines (AR/AK) and 5 snipers in the surrounding area. Yeah, the local police/swat is going to have a hell of a hard time bringing that to a hault.
And dont hole up in a building. Theyll just burn it down like Waco. Take it to the streets or woods. There will be dead heel clickers everywhere.
It would be awful if people stored stuff offsite and acted compliant and retaliated on their own terms. I hopes some crazy person never does that

Even if you had your own QRF set up with all your buddies, it’s going to take some time for them to respond. If the police come knocking with confiscation orders, you ain’t going to have enough time to call your buddies and then have them respond quick enough to make a difference. And that’s assuming you can even get your phone call off. Maybe you could make a radio SOS but it still won’t be fast enough. And no other patriots across the country will know to come to aid or be able to button up their own positions because you won’t hear about it on the news. I’m telling you, there are a lot of hurdles to get over. If you think heir is going to be single individuals taking on the man, then you might as well consider that a suicide mission at which point you WILL be labeled a terrorist. I think many are still thinking too simplistically.
