Is there a way to calculate the actual trajectory and not just the drop using the output from JBM?

(Never mind, I contacted Brad directly to discuss the question).

A trajectory is the path a moving object follows through space as a function of time

With JBM you have all the info..??..?? </div></div>

I think the OP is asking how one can get the path of the bullet relative to the ground instead of the line of sight. It's just a coordinate transformation, but I don't do it on any of my calculators. It might be interesting to add...

Re: calculating bullet path

It's already there, essentially.

Once you set the load up, with the drop in inches, just change the zero range to the target range.

Voilà - the drop is now height above ground, assuming that the rifle and the target are both on the ground. Yeah, realistically, the rifle is a few inches above the ground, and the target is probably not, but if you're shooting prone, it's not much of an error. You'll have to divide inches by 12 to get feet - but, hey, it's not much work. Waddya want, everything done for you?
