And all this time I’ve though I was just ugly. Now I know the camera is doin’ it to me. Damn things, now we know that technology and mechanical are working against us humans. Cameras taken’ bad pictures, guns goin’ off and shooting’ people by them selves. Things were a lot safer back in the 60s and 70s.

Just poor picture taking. Not knowing contrast, sun/light positioning, and if the camera didn’t do it for them, even focusing. Electronics has taken the place of a lot of manual decision making in photography.

This. There are "automatic" settings. Proper Camera work requires setup and knowledge. Everyone thinks they have a camera, they are a photographer. I'm actually working on a project for medicine due to this (because Doctors traditionally are good at medicine, not photography, so its kinda a problem. Its not the camera. Its the picture taker.

Google just updated the default settings. How Woke. Any asshole can do it, if they knew how to take a proper picture.
